- When will my order ship?
- In-stock orders placed before 12pm CST will ship the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If an order is placed after 12pm CT it will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will ship the next business day.
- Where do you ship to?
- We ship to all 50 states and all US territories. We also ship to military addresses (with AA, AE, AP, APO, FPO in the address).
- Do you ship to P.O. boxes or rural zip codes?
- Yes, you may see a delivery estimate for your delivery once you begin the checkout process.
- I placed an order what's next?
- You will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email including tracking details (if applicable) and where you may track your order. If you have any questions about your package you may call us at 800-467-4515.
- Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship out the next business day.
- I haven't received my package, what can I do?
If you have not received your package after 7 business days of the tracking number not showing activity or being marked as delivered you may contact us at 800-467-4515 or at web@hearinghelp.com. We will open up a claim with the shipping service and investigate the status of your package for you.
