These are replacement vented tips for the EarMate-4260 - sold in quantities of 3, size Medium or Large only.
Try vented tips if you are experiencing constant feedback (squeal, whistling, etc.).
Note: EarMate-4260 digital hearing aids ship with a size medium tip.
